- At Dhi Space we are learning ways to integrate ancient practices to modern lifestyle to reduce reliance on modern medicine and build healthier us from inside out
- We are also Collaborating with traveling facilitators for workshops and daily sessions
- Co-creating wellness retreats in the mountains
- Travelling to Music Festivals to facilitate wellness sessions
- Uplifting local women in NGO’s and Government School in Himachal by hosting yoga, pranayama sessions in local language

Dhi Space is my way of honoring my mother and bringing people together—to heal, to connect, and to grow into best versions of themselves!

From Courtrooms to Aerial hammocks blooming into Dhi Space – Alternative Healing Space
Once a corporate lawyer in Mumbai, I swapped deadlines for mountain sunrises. Born in a small Indian village, I grew up with yoga and ayurveda woven into our daily lives, thanks to my mother and Jain traditions.
But a decade in the rat race burned me out, until I retreated to the mountains to heal—and rediscovered my childhood roots!
But it wasn’t until I lost mum to COVID that I rediscovered my purpose—to embrace fully & share the ancient wisdom that she & my ancestors lived by.
Transforming those moments of grief in 2022, I found the courage to create Dhi Space in Bir, where kids laugh, adults reconnect, and all of us together integrate timeless practices to modern lifestyle – to stay fit the ancient ways. From Boardrooms to Aerial Hammocks!
Dhi Space is a tribute to my mother!
